Economic Recovery Fund: Small Business Grants

On November 16, 2021, Mayor Brandon Scott announced the creation of a new $25 million Economic Recovery Fund (ERF) to support Baltimore nonprofits, artists, small businesses, and childcare providers. BDC and a network of community partners will administer the small business component of the ERF. The program will include grants and technical assistance to help small business recover, stabilize, and grow, with a focus on supporting Black, Brown, and women-owned small businesses.
